OMODI2 “Modipanol tablet” 2 mg/tab
適應症：失眠。
Usual dose:
Adult: 1-2 mg hs.
Dose adjustment:
Renal failure: lower initial dose.
Hepatic insufficiency: suggesting the need for drastic dose adjustments.
Geriatric: dose reductions (eg, 0.5 mg) are also suggested.
Contraindication: pregnancy.
Precaution: p’ts with severe cardiovascular disease.
Adverse effect:
Hypotension, thrombophlebitis, nausea, xerostomia, diarrhea, drowsiness, dizziness, ataxia, headache, memory impairment, nightmares, rebound insomnia, daytime sedation, respiratory depression.
