Dermatological Preparations : Steroids
TTOPS2 “Topsym cream” 0.05%; 10 gm/tube
適應症：急、慢性、乳、小兒、脂漏性、貨幣狀濕疹、接觸性、異位性皮膚炎、尋常性乾癬、圓形脫毛症、尋常性白斑、掌蹠膿症、癢疹類。
Usual dose:
Disease of skin, corticosteroid responsive: Topical, 2-4 times/day.
Plaque psoriasis: Topical, qd or tid, max. 2 consecutive weeks; max. 60 g/wk.
Adverse effect:
Common: dry skin, pruritus, sensation of burning of skin, headache, irritation symptom.
Serious: secondary hypocortisolism, possible development of cushing’s syndrome, hyperglycemia, glucosuria.
