IFLUO2 “Fluorescite injection” 100 mg/ml; 5 ml/amp

適應症:血管造影劑。

Usual dose:

Ophthalmic fluorescence imaging: IV

Adult: 500 mg (5 ml) IV injected rapidly (1 ml/sec) into the antecubital vein.

Pediatric: 7.7 mg/kg.

Precaution:

After fluorescein injection that the skin may have a yellowish discoloration for about 6-12 h. Urine may also be discolored bright yellow for up to 36 h.

Adverse effect:

Common: hypotension, syncope, drug-induced gastrointestinal disturbance, nausea, taste sense altered, vomiting, generalized pruritus, generalized hives, immune hypersensitivity reaction, headache, bronchospasm.

Serious: arterial ischemia, basilar, cardiac arrest, shock, injection site thrombophlebitis, anaphylaxis, seizure.
