適應症：
OLEFE1：風濕性關節炎、骨關節炎、關節強硬性脊椎炎、經痛。
TFLUR1, TFLUR4：變形性關節症、肩關節周圍炎、肌腱腱鞘炎、腱周圍炎、上腕骨上髁炎、筋肉痛、外傷後之腫脹、疼痛等諸症狀的鎮痛、消炎。
Usual dose:
Muscle pain: Topically, apply on dry skin qod, or qd.
Ankylosing spondylitis: PO, 200-300 mg/day given in 2-4 divided doses; max. 100 mg/dose, 300 mg/day.
Pain: PO, 50 mg q4-6h as needed.
Osteoarthritis: PO, 200-300 mg/day given in 2-4 divided doses; max. 100 mg/dose, 300 mg/day.
Rheumatoid arthritis: PO, 200-300 mg/day qd given in 2-4 divided doses; max. 100 mg/dose, 300 mg/day.
Dose adjustment:
Geriatric, Renal impairment, Liver disease: start with the lowest recommended dosage; monitor p’ts closely.
Precaution:
Increased risk of serious cardiovascular thrombotic events, myocardial infarction, and stroke; also increased risk of serious gastrointestinal adverse events (bleeding, ulceration, perforation of stomach or intestines).
Adverse effect:
Common: edema, rash, abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, dyspepsia, flatulence, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, headache, somnolence, tinnitus, nervousness, urinary symptoms, rhinitis, malaise.
Serious: congestive heart failure, hypertension, myocardial infarction, thrombotic tendency observations, vasculitis, scaling eczema, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, gastrointestinal perforation, gastrointestinal ulcer, inflammatory disorder of digestive tract, melena, agranulocytosis, leukopenia, thrombocytopenic disorder, hepatitis, increased liver function test, jaundice, liver failure, anaphylactoid reaction, cerebrovascular accident, hematuria, interstitial nephritis, renal failure, asthma, bronchospasm, dyspnea.
健保使用規範：限同時符合下列條件之病患使用（92/2/1）
(1)單一關節（部位）或軟組織風濕症。
(2)不適合口服非類固醇抗發炎製劑者。
(3)不得同時併用口服或其他外用非類固醇發炎製劑。
(4)每月限處方十六片以內。
