Cardiovascular – Renal Drugs : Hyperlipidemia
OLESC2 “Lescol XL FC tablet” 80 mg/tab
適應症：原發性高膽固醇血症、原發性混和型血脂異常。預防冠心病病人，在接受穿皮血管整形術(PTCA)後的重大心臟血管不良事件 (心因性死亡，非致命性的心肌梗塞及冠動脈再開通術)。兒童：在異型接合子家族性高膽固醇血症兒童(≧9歲)作為飲食治療之輔助治療。
Usual dose：
Atherosclerosis, Hypercholesterolemia:
Adult: initial (LDL-C reduction goal of≧25%): 80 mg qd in the evening; maintenance, 20-80 mg/day.
Pediatric(10-16 yrs): initial, 20 mg cap qd in the evening; maintenance, 20-80 mg/day; max. 80 mg/day.
Coronary arteriosclerosis; Prophylaxis:
Adult: 40 mg bid.
Dose adjustment:
Hepatic failure: drug accumulation may occur with liver dysfunction; consider dose reduction.
Contraindication:
Active liver disease, hypersensitivity to fluvastatin products, pregnancy and lactation.
Adverse effect:
Common: abdominal pain, diarrhea, dyspepsia, headache, nausea.
Serious: elevated liver enzymes, rhabdomyolysis.
