OLUVO2 “Luvox FC table” 50 mg/tab
適應症：
OLUVO2：重度憂鬱症及強迫症。
OLOTE1：情緒性症狀（持續性情緒低落，精神功能傷害及精神異常等）。
Usual dose:
Depression: 50-300 mg/day.
Obsessive-compulsive disorder:
Adult: 50 mg/day hs; may increase by 50 mg increments q4-7d, max. 300 mg/day.
Pediatric (> 8 yrs): 25 mg/day hs; may increase by 25 mg increments q4-7d to a max dosage (8-11yrs) 200 mg/day, (12-17 yrs) 300 mg/day.
Panic disorder:
Adult: 50-300 mg/day, mean effective dose is 225 mg/day.
Dose adjustment:
Liver disease, geriatric: a lower initial dose or longer dosing interval.
Contraindication:
Concomitant use with alosetron, pimozide, thioridazine, or tizanidine, MAOIs or within 14 days following treatment with a MAOIs.
Adverse effect:
Common: nausea (40%), somnolence (22%), insomnia (21%), xerostomia (14%), asthenia (14%), feeling nervous (12%), dizziness (11%), diarrhea (11%), indigestion (10%), abnormal ejaculation (8%), sweating (7%), loss of appetite (6%), tremor (5%), anxiety (5%), orgasm incapacity (2%).
Serious: Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, hyponatremia, syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion, abnormal bleeding, extrapyramidal disease (0.1%-1%), seizure (0.2%), serotonin syndrome, depression, worsening, psychotic disorder (at least 1%), suicidal thoughts, suicide, neuroleptic malignant syndrome (rare), withdrawal sign or symptom.
