Cardiovascular – Renal Drugs : Antihypertensive : Angiotensin-converting Enzyme Inhibitors (ACEI)
OFONO1 “Fonosil FC tablet” 10 mg/tab
適應症:高血壓、心衰竭。
Usual dose:
Heart failure; Adjunct:
Adult: initial, 5-10 mg qd; maintenance, 20-40 mg daily; max. 40 mg/day.
Hypertension:
Adult: initial, 10 mg qd; maintenance, 20-40 mg qd or in 2 divided doses; max. 80 mg/day.
Pediatric: (6-16 yrs, > 50 kg) 5 to 10 mg qd, max. 40 mg/day.
Myocardial infarction:
Adult: initial, 5 mg qd; maintenance, 5-20 mg daily; max. 20 mg/day.
Dose adjustment:
Renal impairment (CHF): with moderate to severe renal impairment or those who have been vigorously diuresed, initial, 5 mg/day.
Precaution:
Hemodialysis with high-flux membrane, hepatic dysfunction (sudden onset of cholestatic jaundice progressing to fulminant hepatitis), immunosuppressant drug therapy.
Adverse effect:
Common: hypotension, hyperkalemia, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, headache, cough, fatigue.
Serious: intestinal angioedema, liver failure, angioedema (head and neck).
