適應症：革蘭氏陽性菌及葡萄球菌引起之感染。
Usual dose:
Adult: 500 mg q8h, dose may be doubled for the treatment of fulminant infections.
Adverse effect:
Common: skin rash, pruritus, thrombophlebitis.
