適應症：預防B型肝炎。
Usual dose:
Hepatitis B virus, immunization: 10 mcg IM or 20 mcg IM for 3 doses at 0, 1, and 6 mon.
HepatitisB, Post-exposure; Prophylaxis: household exposure, blood exposure (sharing toothbrushes, razors); 0.06 mL/kg IM as a single dose within 14 days of exposure, plus hepatitisB vaccine series.
Adverse effect:
Common: fatigue, malaise, weakness, fever, headache, injection site reaction, nausea, diarrhea.
Serious: anaphylaxis, pancytopenia.
