OROTA1 “Rotarix oral suspension” 106 CCID50/ml; 1 ml/vial
適應症：預防輪狀病毒所引起的腸胃炎（G1與非G1血清型如G2、G3、G4和G9）。
Usual dose:
Pediatric: 1 ml PO at 2 and 4 mon of age; first dose between 6 wks and 14 wks 6 days of age, with second dose received by 8 mon and 0 days of age; separate doses by at least 4 wks; series should not be started for infants 15 wks 0 days or older.
Precaution: intussusception (previous history); may be at increased risk of repeat episode.
Adverse effect:
Common: loss of appetite , vomiting.
Serious: irritability, cough, fever.
