Cardiovascular – Renal Drugs : Antihypertensive : Direct-acting Vasodilators
IAPRE2 “Aprelazine injection” 20 mg/ml; 1 ml/amp
OAPRE1 “Apresoline tablet” 10 mg/tab
適應症:高血壓。
Usual dose:
Congestive heart failure: PO
Adult: 200-300 mg bid-qid
Essential hypertension: PO
Adult: initial, 10 mg qid for the first 2-4 days; increase to 25 mg qid for remainder of first week; second and subsequent week, increase to 50 mg qid; titrate to lowest effective maintenance dose; max. 300 mg/day.
Pediatric: 0.75-1 mg/kg/day bid-qid; max. 7.5 mg/kg or 200 mg/day.
Essential hypertension: IM/IV
Adult: 5-40 mg/dose as needed.
Pediatric: 1.7-3.5 mg/kg/day in 4-6 divided doses.
Dose adjustment:
Renal failure: increase dosing interval to q8-16h.
Geriatric: lower initial doses.
Contraindication: dissecting aortic aneurysm.
Adverse effect:
Common:chest pain, hypotension, palpitations, tachyarrhythmia, diarrhea, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, headache, peripheral neuropathy, dyspnea, nasal congestion.
Serious: agranulocytosis, leucopenia, hepatotoxicity, systemic lupus erythematosus.
