Gastrointestinal Agents : Anticholinergic Antispasmodics
IESCO1 “Escopan injection” 20 mg/ml; 1 ml/amp
OBUSC2 “Buscopan tablet” 10 mg/tab
適應症：
IESCO1: 胃腸管之痙攣及運動機能亢進、食道痙攣、膽管之痙攣、尿路之痙攣。
OBUSC2：胃潰瘍、十二指腸潰瘍、胃炎、十二指腸炎、賁門痙攣、食道痙攣、痙攣性便秘、膽管之痙攣及運動障礙、尿路之痙攣。
Usual dose:
Adult: IM/slow IV/SC 10-40 mg, repeated after 30 min as needed; max. 100 mg/day; PO 10-20 mg 3-5 times daily.
Contraindication:
Cardiac tachyarrhythmias; glaucoma, narrow angle; mechanical stenoses of the GI or urinary tract; myasthenia gravis; prostatic hypertrophy with urinany retention.
Adverse effect:
Tachycardia, hypotension, mild vertigo, sleepiness, disorientation, flushing, cycloplegia, blurred vision, mydriasis, dry mouth, Cheyne-Stokes respiration; inhibition of sweat, difficulty in micturition.
