Gastrointestinal Agents : Anticholinergic Antispasmodics
OBUWE1 “Buwecon tablet” 0.125 mg/tab
適應症：下列疾患之痙攣及運動機能亢進、胃潰瘍、胃酸分泌過多、內臟痙攣、痙攣性結腸炎、膀胱炎、幽門痙攣、妊娠嘔吐、腎痠痛、膽痠痛、痛經。
Usual dose:
Adult (12 yrs): 0.125-0.25 mg PO q4h or as needed; max. 1.5 mg daily in divided doses.
Pedeatric (2-12 yrs): 0.0625-0.125mg q4h as needed; max. 0.75 mg daily in divided doses.
Adverse effect:
Common: blurred vision, decreased sweating, drowsiness, dry mouth, urinary hesitancy and retention.
Serious: confusion, psychosis, increased intraocular pressure, palpitations, tachycardia.
