OTOFR1 “Tofranil tablet” 25 mg/tab
適應症:憂鬱症,夜尿。
Usual dose:
Depression:
Adult: (Inp’ts) 100 mg/day, max. 300 mg/day; (outp’ts) 75 mg/day, max. 200 mg/day, maintenance dose, 50-150 mg/day.
Urinary incontinence:
Adult: 25 mg hs, may increase in 25 mg increments to a max. 150mg hs.
Nocturnal enuresis:
Pediatric
(6-12 yrs): initial, 25 mg 1 h hs, may increase in 25 mg increments to a max. 50 mg/day or 2.5 mg/kg/day.
(> 12 yrs): max. 75 mg/day or 2.5 mg/kg/day.
Dose adjustment:
Geriatric: 30-40 mg in divided doses or hs, usual max. 100 mg/day.
Contraindication:
Coadministration with a MAOI or use within 14 days of discontinuing a MAOI; may cause serious reactions (eg, hyperpyretic crisis, convulsive seizures, death), myocardial infarction, during the acute recovery period.
Adverse effect:
Common: weight gain, bloating symptom, constipation, xerostomia, asthenia, dizziness, headache, somnolence, blurred vision, urinary retention, fatigue.
Serious: atrioventricular conduction pattern – finding, cardiac dysrhythmia, heart block, hypertension, myocardial infarction (rare), orthostatic hypotension, palpitations, syncope, agranulocytosis, decreased liver function, jaundice, cerebrovascular accident, seizure, depression, worsening, psychotic disorder, suicidal thoughts, suicide.
