OILOK1 “Iloka FC tablet” 2.5 mg/tab
ONAKA2 “Nakamide FC tablet” 2.5 mg/tab
適應症：高血壓。
Usual dose:
Congestive heart failure – Edema:
Adult: initial, 2.5 mg qd in the morning; may increase to 5 mg qd after 1 wk.
Hypertension:
Adult: initial, 1.25 mg qd in the morning; titration, allow 4 wks to achieve optimum antihypertensive effect; maintenance, 2.5-5 mg qd.
Contraindications: anuria, hypersensitivity to indapamide or to other sulfonamide-derived drugs
Adverse effect:
Common: hypokalemia, cramp, asthenia, dizziness, headache, lethargy, numbness, fatigue, malaise
Serious: arrhythmias, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, hepatitis, anaphylaxis agranulocytosis, aplastic anemia.
