適應症：糖尿病。
Usual dose:
Diabetes mellitus type I, 2: SC
Adult: 1-2 doses a day, dose titration based on individual glycemic target, qd SC with evening meal or hs; second dose with evening meal, hs, or 12 h after morning dose.
Diabetes mellitus type II, insulin-naive: SC
Adult: initial, 0.1-0.2 units/kg ad in the evening or 10 units qd-bid SC; adjust dose to glycemic target.
Diabetes mellitus type I: SC
Pediatric: 1-2 doses/day, dose titration based on individual glycemic target, qd SC with evening meal or hs; second dose with evening meal, hs, or 12 h after morning dose.
Adverse effect:
Common: mild injection site reaction, pruritus, rash, hypoglycemia, immune hypersensitivity reaction.
