適應症:

IIOPA1, IIOPA2, IIOPA3, IIOPA4:神經造影術、血管造影術、尿路造影術。

IULTR2, IULTR1, IULTR3:電腦斷層攝影、數位化減影血管造影術、靜脈內尿路造影、動脈造影、特別是心血管造影及身體空腔部份(如關節攝影、瘻管造影)、但脊椎造影、腦室攝影及腦池攝影除外。

Pediatric, angiocardiography:

Iopamidol injection 76% (ISOVUE(R)-370) is recommended for pediatric angiocardiography. The usual dose range for injections of iopamidol, based on age, are provided in the following table:

Adverse effect:

Common: Burning sensation, Flushing, Hot flashes , Injection site pain (intravascular, frequent ), Nausea, Vomiting, Backache, Neck pain, Pain in legs, Headache (intrathecal, 16.4%), Pain, Sensation of hot and cold

Serious: Cardiac dysrhythmia, Cardiorespiratory arrest, Decompensated cardiac failure, Myocardial ischemia, Thyroid storm, Thromboembolic disorder, Anaphylaxis, Seizure
