適應症:預防狹心症之發作
Usual dose:
Angina pectoris: PO
(immediate release) 20 mg qam, then 20 mg 7 h later; (extended release) initial, 30-60 mg qd; maintenance, 120-240 mg qd.
Gastrointestinal hemorrhage: PO
(immediate release) 10-20 mg bid in combination with a beta-blocker (eg, nadolol, propranolol) dose titrated to reduce the resting heart rate by 20-25%.
Myocardial infarction: PO
(immediate release) 20 mg qd-tid.
Silent myocardial ischemia: PO, 20 mg tid.
Adverse effect:
Common: lightheadedness, orthostatic hypotension, tachyarrhythmia, constipation, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, headache, restlessness.
Serious: cardiac dysrhythmia, heart failure, severe hypotensive episode.
