OZADI2 “Zaditen tablet” 1 mg/tab
適應症：支氣管氣喘（包括混合型在內之任何氣喘）、過敏性支氣管炎與乾草熱有關的氣喘症狀。過敏性鼻炎、過敏性皮膚反應。
Usual dose: PO.
In clinical trials, doses have ranged from 1 to 2 mg twice daily.
Neurofibromas: 2 to 4 mg daily for periods of 30 to 43 months was reported beneficial in the treatment of in an open study involving 10 patients. Ketotifen was associated with decreases in pruritus, pain, and tenderness, as well as a decrease in the rate of neurofibroma growth; in addition, improvements in sense of well-being, productivity, and performance were observed during therapy.
Asthma: max. dose: 4 mg daily.
Contraindication: hypersensitivity to ketotifen products or benzoate compounds.
