OARAV1 “Arava tablet” 10 mg/tab
OARHE1 “Arheuma tablet” 20 mg/tab
適應症：治療成人類風濕性關節炎，並可能減緩類風濕病程對關節所造成之結構性損害（即屬於DMARD disease modifying antirheumatic drug）。治療具活動性的成人乾癬性關節炎。
Usual dose: 100 mg qd x 3 days, then 10-20 mg qd.
Precaution: not recommended in p’t with significant hepatic dysfunction or positive hepatitis B or C serologies.
Adverse effect:
Common: alopecia, rash, diarrhea.
Serious: hypertension, increased liver enzymes, Stevens-Johnson syndrome.
