適應症：
ILEUP1, ILEUP3：前列腺癌舒解治療，子宮內膜異位，中樞性性早熟症，因子宮肌瘤引起之經血過多及貧血而預計進行手術切除者，停經前乳癌。
ILEUP2：前列腺癌舒解治療，子宮內膜異位，中樞性性早熟症，因子宮肌瘤引起之經血過多及貧血而預計進行手術切除者。
Usual dose:
Prostate cancer are 1 mg SC qd, or in the depot formulation 7.5 mg IM monthly, 22.5 mg every 3 mon, 30 mg every 4 mon, or in the implant formulation one implant every 12 mon.
In anemia caused by uterine leiomyomata, combine iron therapy with 3.75 mg depot IM monthly for 3 mon or 11.25 mg single dose.
In endometriosis, 3.75 mg depot IM monthly or 11.25 mg every 3 mon for 6 mon.
In central precocious puberty start IM dose at 0.3 mg/kg/4 wks (minimum 7.5 mg).
Adverse effect:
Vasomotor hot flashes, edema, gynecomastia, bone pain, thrombosis, and GI disturbances.
