Ophthalmic Preparations : Ocular Anti-infective and Anti-inflammatory Agents

適應症:外眼部細菌性感染症。
Usual dose:
Bacterial conjunctivitis: 1 to 2 drops in the affected eye(s) every 2 hours while awake on days 1 and 2 (maximum of 8 doses/day), and 1 to 2 drops every 4 hours while awake on days 3 through 7 (maximum of 4 doses/day).
Corneal ulcer: 1 to 2 drops in the affected eye(s) every 30 minutes to 2 hours while awake and approximately 4 and 6 hours after retiring on days 1 through 3. The dose from day 4 through treatment completion is 1 to 2 drops in the affected eye(s) every 1 to 4 hours while awake.
Precautions:
Ophthalmic solutions should not be injected subconjunctivally or introduced directly into the anterior chamber of the eye. Prolonged use of ophthalmic solution may cause overgrowth of nonsusceptible organisms.
Adverse effect:
Transient abnormal vision, transient blurred vision, eye infection, foreign body sensation, ocular pain or discomfort, photophobia.
