TMIRE1 “Mirena Intrauterine system” 20mcg/24h, 52mg/per Intrauterine system
適應症：避孕、月經經血過多、預防雌激素補充治療引起的子宮內膜增生。
Usual dose: Topical, insert into uterine for up to 5 years.
Contraindication:
carcinoma of the breast (intrauterine only), postpartum endometriosis or infected abortion in the past 3 months (intrauterine only), pregnancy.
Precaution: coagulopathy or concomitant anticoagulant use.
Adverse effect:
Common: abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, headache, abnormal vaginal bleeding, amenorrhea, breast tenderness, cyst of ovary, disorder of menstruation, fatigue.
Serious: breast cancer, ectopic pregnancy, sepsis.
健保使用規範：限使用於長期月經經血過多導致嚴重貧血(Hemoglobin≦10g/dL)之婦女，且每次使用後之五年內，不得再次使用。(104/2/1)
