Each ml contains epinephrine HCl 0.015 mg, lidocaine HCl 20 mg; 1.7 ml/vial

適應症:局部麻醉。

Usual dose:

Adult: Inj local or regional anesth; nerve blocks; epidural and caudal anesth per mL preparation contains lidocaine HCl 20 mg and epinephrine 5 mcg: Dosage depends on factors such as route, type and extent of surgical procedure, duration of anesth and patient’s condition and age. Max dose of lidocaine given w/ epinephrine: 7 mg/kg and not >500 mg.

Adverse effect:

Common: application site erythema, application site pain, genital mucous membrane burning, body pale, localized adverse reaction to administration of drug, oral cavity, periodontal formulation.

Serious: myocardial dysfunction, central nervous system finding, depression/excitation, methemoglobinemia, seizure.
