OCELS1 “Celsentri tablet” 300 mg/tab

適應症:與其他抗反轉錄病毒藥物併用,適用於對第一線抗反轉錄病毒藥物無法耐受 或治療失敗,且只具 CCR5趨性之 HIV-1感染之成人患者。

Usual dose: HIV infection, CCR5-tropic positive HIV-1 detectable

(Concomitant potent CYP3A inhibitors with or without a CYP3A inducer): 150 mg ORALLY twice daily; potent inhibitors include (but are not limited to) protease inhibitors (except tipranavir/ritonavir), delavirdine, elvitegravir/ritonavir, ketoconazole, itraconazole, clarithromycin, nefazodone, telithromycin, and boceprevir.

(Concomitant potent CYP3A inducers without a potent CYP3A inhibitor): 600 mg ORALLY twice daily; potent inducers include (but are not limited to) efavirenz, etravirine, rifampin, carbamazepine, phenobarbital, and phenytoin.

(Other concomitant drugs, including tipranavir/ritonavir, nevirapine, raltegravir, all nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors, and enfuvirtide): 300 mg ORALLY twice daily.

Precautions

Patients use with care whenever there are the risks of liver dysfunction, hypersensitivity and skin reactions, severe and life-threatening, including Stevens-Johnson syndrome, autoimmune disorders, cardiovascular events, coinfection with viral hepatitis B or C.

Avoid concomitant use with rifampin, rifapentine, St John’s wort are not recommended.

Contraindication:

Renal impairment, severe, or ESRD (CrCl less than 30 mL/min) and simultaneous treatment with potent CYP3A inhibitors or inducers.

Adverse effect:

Common: rash, flatulence, gastrointestinal hypomotility, gastroparesis syndrome, swollen abdomen infectious disease, dizziness, cough, upper respiratory infection, fever.

Serious: endocarditis, heart failure, acute, myocardial infarction, myocardial ischemia, stevens-johnson syndrome, malignant neoplasm of endocrine gland, bone marrow depression, hypoplastic anemia, cholestatic jaundice syndrome, cirrhosis of liver, hepatotoxicity, with allergic features, liver failure, portal vein thrombosis, hypersensitivity reaction, septic shock, infective myositis, cerebrovascular accident, seizure, malignant neoplasm of endocrine gland.
