Neurologic Drugs : Alzheimer’s disease
OEBIX1 “Ebixa tablet” 10 mg/tab
適應症：治療中重度及重度阿滋海默症。
Usual dose:
Alzheimer’s disease (Moderate to Severe):
Adult: initial, 5 mg qd; increase dose at minimum 1 wk intervals in 5 mg increments to 10 mg/day (5 mg bid), then 15 mg/day (5 mg and 10 mg in separate doses), and 20 mg/day (10 mg bid), to target dose of 20 mg/day; maintenance, 10 mg bid.
Precaution:
Concomitant use of other NMDA antagonists.
Genitourinary conditions that raise urine pH; may increase plasma levels of memantine.
Adverse effect:
Common: hypertension, constipation, dizziness, headache, pain.
