適應症：類鴉片物質成癮之戒毒、類鴉片物質成癮替代療法。
Usual dose:
Initial, 15-30 mg, additional 5-10 mg can be given 2-4 h later if needed; adjust dose cautiously over the 1st wk based on control of withdrawal 2-4 h post dose; usual total daily dose is 40 mg/day; keep on stable dose for 2-3 days then decrease in 1-2 day intervals according to response; detoxification treatment usually occurs over 21 days.
Adverse effect:
Common: cardiac dysrhythmia, hypotension, diaphoresis, constipation, nausea, vomiting, asthenia, dizziness, lightheadedness, sedated.
Serious: ECG (extrasystole), edema, left ventricular blood flow – finding, prolonged QT interval, Torsades de pointes, respiratory acidosis, respiratory arrest, respiratory depression.
