IMETH7 “Methotrexate injection” 50 mg/2ml; 2 ml/vial
OTREX1 “Trexan tablet” 2.5 mg/tab
適應症：
IMETH7：對小孩急性淋巴白血病、子宮絨毛膜上皮癌、腦膜性白血病、妊娠子宮絨毛癌之輔助治療。
OTREX1：固體腫瘤、白血病、牛皮癬。
Usual dose:
Abortion therapeutic: IM 50 mg/m2 alone or in combination with misoprostol.
Chorioadenoma destruens: PO/IM 15-30 mg/day for 5 days/course; may repeat course 3-5 times with 1 or more week rest, max. 100 mg/day.
Adverse effect:
Common: alopecia, photosensitivity, rash anorexia, diarrhea, N/V, stomatitis.
Serious: skin ulcer, hyperuricemia, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, inflammatory disease of mucous membrane, myelosuppression, atrophy of liver, cirrhosis of liver, hepatic fibrosis, hepatic necrosis, increased liver function test, liver failure, arachnoiditis, with intrathecal administration, kidney disease, renal failure, disorder of lung, interstitial pneumonia.
