IMETH1 “Methergin injection” 0.2 mg/ml; 1 ml/amp
適應症：產後子宮出血。
Usual dose:
Postpartum hemorrhage, associated with uterine atony or subinvolution:
0.2 mg IM/IV (may be repeated at 2-4 h intervals up to 5 doses) then 0.2 mg PO tid-qid as needed, max. duration: 7 days.
Contraindication:
Concomitant use with potent CYP 3A4 inhibitors; toxemia, uncontrolled hypertension.
Adverse effect:
Common: hypertension, sweating symptom, nausea and vomiting, dizziness, headache, tinnitus.
Serious:angina, hypertensive episode, myocardial infarction, seizure.
