適應症：預防嘔吐、逆流性消化性食道炎，糖尿病引起之胃腸蠕動異常。
Usual dose:
Chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting: IV
Adult: 2mg/kg/dose IV q2- 4h for 2-5 doses.
Diabetic gastroparesis: PO/IV/IM
Adult: 10 mg qid ac and hs for 2-8 wks.
Gastroesophageal reflux disease: PO.
Adult: 10-15 mg may up to qid ac and hs.
Intestinal intubation, small bowel: IV over 1-2 min
Adult (> 14 yrs): 10 mg.
Pediatric
(6-14 yrs): 2.5-5 mg.
(< 6 yrs): 0.1 mg/kg.
Postoperative nausea and vomiting: IV/IM
Adult: 10-20 mg IM/IV q4-6h as needed.
Pediatric: 0.25 mg/kg/dose IV repeat q6-8h as needed.
Adverse effect:
Common: constipation, drowsiness, dystonic reactions, fatigue, fluid retention, restlessness, sedation, tremors.
Serious: arrhythmias, neuroleptic malignant syndrome.
