Cardiovascular – Renal Drugs : Antiarrhythmics
OMELE1 “Meletin capsule” 100 mg/cap
適應症:心室性心律不整。
Usual dose:
Ventricular arrhythmia, Life-threatening: PO
Adult: rapid control loading dose: 400 mg then 200 mg in 8 h; usual initial dose: 200 mg q8h; titration, increase in 50-100 mg increments at 2-3 day intervals or longer; maintenance, 200-300 mg q8h, max. 1200 mg/day.
Dose adjustment:
Renal failure: dosage adjustments may be required with CrCl < 10 ml/min.
Hepatic failure: dosage adjustments may be required.
Contraindication:
Cardiogenic shock, second- or third-degree AV block.
Adverse effect:
Common: hypotension, lightheadedness, palpitations, rash, bad taste in mouth, constipation, diarrhea, dyspepsia, dysphagia, nausea, vomiting, increased liver enzymes, arthralgia, ataxia, confusion, coordination problem, dizziness, headache, nystagmus, paresthesia, tremor, blurred vision, diplopia, tinnitus, depression, nervousness, dyspnea, fatigue.
Serious: angina, bradyarrhythmia, cardiac dysrhythmia, chest pain, heart failure, disease of hematopoietic system, systemic lupus erythematosus, seizure.
