適應症：懷孕前期（小於七週）子宮內孕之人工流產。
Usual dose:
Abortion, through 49 days of pregnancy: 600 mg PO as a single dose; may be followed in 48 h by misoprostol 400 mcg if needed.
Contraindication:
Chronic adrenal failure, concurrent long-term corticosteroid therapy, ectopic pregnancy, hemorrhagic disorders, intrauterine device (IUD) in place, anticoagulation therapy.
Adverse effect:
Common: rash, abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, cramp, headache, abnormal vaginal bleeding.
Serious: blood coagulation disorder with prolonged bleeding time, bacterial infectious disease, sepsis.
