Anti-infective Agents : Tetracyclines
OBORY1 “Borymycin capsule” 100 mg/cap
適應症：革蘭氏陽性、陰性菌，立克次氏體及巨型濾過性毒引起之感染症。
Usual dose: PO, IV
Adult: 200 mg initially then 100 mg q12h.
Pediatric (> 8 yrs): 4 mg/kg initially then 2 mg/kg q12h.
Contraindication:
Last half of pregnancy, infancy, and childhood up to 8 yrs of age (except anthrax).
Adverse effect:
Common: lightheadedness, dizziness, vertigo.
Serious: bulging fontanelle, pseudotumor cerebri.
