IMITO3 “Mitomycin-C injection” 10 mcg/amp
適應症：胃癌、膀胱癌（灌注使用）、肺癌、肉瘤、白血病等症狀之緩解。
Usual dose:
Gastric carcinoma: 10-20 mg/m2/dose IV q6-8w.
Pancreatic carcinoma: 10-20 mg/m2/dose IV q6-8w.
Bladder cancer: 20-40 mg intravesically qw.
Dose adjustment:
Hematologic (leukocyte): If nadir count after prior dose is 2,000-2,999 give 70% of prior dose, if <2,000 give 50% of prior dose.
Hematologic (platelets): If nadir count after prior dose is 25,000-74,999 give 70% of prior dose, if <25,000 give 50% of prior dose.
Adverse effect:
Common: nausea, vomiting.
Serious: hemolytic uremic syndrome, nephrotoxicity, severe myelosuppression.
