適應症：退化性關節炎及風濕性關節炎之消炎鎮痛。
Usual dose:
Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis:
Adult: initial, 1000 mg qd; maintenance, 1000-2000 mg/day divided 1-2 times.
Dose adjustment:
Liver disease, Renal impairment: monitor p’ts closely and reduce dosage if necessary.
Contraindication: See Diclofenac Potassium.
Adverse effect:
Common: edema, pruritus, rash, abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, dyspepsia, flatulence, nausea, occult blood in stools, dizziness, headache, insomnia, tinnitus.
Serious: hypertension, myocardial infarction, thrombotic tendency observations, erythema multiforme, scaling eczema, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, gastrointestinal perforation, inflammatory disorder of digestive tract, melena, anemia, thrombocytopenic disorder, hepatitis, increased liver function test, jaundice, liver failure, allergic reaction, cerebrovascular accident, albuminuria, interstitial nephritis, renal azotemia, renal failure, bronchospasm.
