Neurologic Drugs : Anesthesia
IVAGO1 “Vagostin injection” 0.5 mg/ml; 1 ml/amp
INEOS1 “Neostigmine injection” 0.5 mg/ml; 1 ml/amp
適應症:各種腸管麻痺及排尿困難。由於肌無力、肌肉麻痺、腦溢血、小兒麻痺、神經痛、關節痛等引起之各種運動障礙。眼肌無力症、綠內障、瞳孔反應檢查等。
Usual dose:
Myasthenia gravis: IM/SC, 0.5 mg.
Urinary retention: IM/SC
Initial, 0.5 mg. after the bladder is emptied continue 0.5 mg q3h for at least 5 doses.
Prophylaxis for post-operative urinary retention: IM/SC
0.25 mg after the operation. This dose may be repeated q4-6h for 2-3 days.
Reversal of neuromuscular blockade: slow IV injection
Adult: 0.5-2 mg slowly, repeat as needed.
Pediatric: 0.025- 0.1 mg/kg/dose IV with atropine or glycopyrrolate.
Contraindication: intestinal or urinary obstruction, peritonitis.
Adverse effect:
Common: excessive salivation, muscle fasciculation.
Serious: atrial fibrillation, atrioventricular block, bradyarrhythmia, cardiac arrest, cardiac dysrhythmia, loss of consciousness, seizure, bronchospasm, respiratory arrest, respiratory depression.
