IPERD1 “Perdipine injection” 1 mg/ml; 10 ml/amp
適應症：適用於當口服治療不可行或不合適時、對高血壓的短期處置。
Usual dose:
Angina, Hypertension: PO
Adult: initial, 20 mg tid; maintenance, 20-40 mg tid.
Hypertension: IV
Adult: initial, 5 mg/h IF; titrate 2.5 mg/h at 5-15 min intervals, max. 15 mg/h; maintenance (after reaching BP goal), 3 mg/h IV.
Pediatric: initial, 0.5-5 mcg/kg/min IF; maintenance, 1-4 mcg/kg/min IV.
Dose adjustment:
Renal impairment: initial, 20 mg tid.
Hepatic failure: 20 mg bid.
Geriatric: generally use doses at the low end of the dosing range.
Contraindication:
Advanced aortic stenosis, asphyxia (perinatal; IV dosage form).
Adverse effect:
Common: hypotension, peripheral edema, tachyarrhythmia, drug-induced gingival hyperplasia, dizziness, headache.
Serious: heart disease, angina, MI, arrhythmia.
