適應症:
OATAN1, OCORA1, ONIFE6:狹心症、高血壓。
OADAL5:高血壓。
Usual dose:
Angina (immediate-release):
Adult: initial, 10 mg tid; maintenance, 10-30 mg tid-qid; max. 180 mg/day.
Angina (immediate-release) in hospitalized p’ts under close observation:
Adult: the dose may be increased in 10 mg increments over 4-6 h periods to control pain and arrhythmias due to ischemia; max. 30 mg/dose.
Angina (sustained-release):
Adult: initial 30-60 mg qd; max. 120 mg/day.
Autonomic dysreflexia (immediate-release):
Adult: 10 mg or SL, repeat in 30-60 min.
Hypertension (sustained release):
Adult: initial 30-60 mg qd; maintenance, 30-90 mg qd, max.120 mg/day.
Raynaud’s Disease:
Adult: 10-20 mg (immediate-release) tid or 30-60 mg (sustained-release) tab qd.
Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy:
Pediatric: 0.6-0.9 mg/kg/24 h divided into 3-4 doses.
Precaution: avoid taking with grapefruit juice.
Adverse effect:
Common: dizziness, flushing, headache (more frequent with immediate-release formulation, 23-27%) constipation nausea, heartburn, peripheral edema, palpitation.
Serious: increased angina, MI.
