適應症：預防、治療因動脈瘤引起蜘蛛膜下出血後、腦血管痙攣所引起的缺血性神經缺損。
Usual dose:
Subarachnoid hemorrhage, from ruptured intracranial berry aneurysms (Hunt and Hess Grades I-V): PO/IF
60 mg PO q4h for 21 consecutive days, therapy should begin within 96 h of subarachnoid hemorrhage; IF, initial 1 mg/h for 2 h to minimize hypotension (< 70 kg: 0.5 mg/h), then IF 2 mg/h.
Dose adjustment:
Liver disease: 30 mg q4h.
Adverse effect:
Common: decreased blood pressure, not hypotension, diarrhea, nausea, stomach cramps.
Serious: disorder of cardiovascular system, heart failure, arrhythmia.
健保使用規範：(87/4/1、93/2/1)預防、治療因動膜瘤引起之蜘蛛膜下出血後，腦血管痙攣所引起的缺血性神經缺損，可使用二星期，須附電腦斷層掃描（CT Scan）報告。
