OSYSC1 “Syscor FC tablet”5 mg/tab
適應症：冠狀動脈性心臟病、高血壓。
Usual dose:
Cronic stable angina, Hypertension: 5-10 mg bid, may increase to 20 mg bid.
Dose adjustment:
Hepatic failure: starting dose < 10 mg qd.
Geriatric: starting dose, not more than 10 mg qd
Precaution:
Avoid grapefruit juice 2 h before or 5 h after nisoldipine dose.
Adverse effect:
Common: dizziness, headache, palpitation, peripheral edema.
Serious: exacerbation of angina, MI.
