適應症:急性低血壓、心跳停止。
Usual dose:
Acute hypotension: IV
Adult: initial, 8-12 mcg/min and observe response; adjust rate of flow to establish a low normal BP (systolic, 80-100 mmHg), maintenance, 2-4 mcg/min, doses up to 68 mg/day may be needed.
Pediatric: initial 0.1 mcg/kg/min, titrate to desired effect; maintenance 0.05-0.3 mcg/kg/min, max. 6 mcg/min.
Cardiac arrest:
Adult: initial, 8-12 mcg/min and observe response; adjust rate of flow to maintain a low normal BP (systolic, 80-100 mmHg) , maintenance, 2-4 mcg/min.
Pediatric: initial, 0.1-2 mcg/kg/min IV, titrate to effect.
Septic shock:
Adult: 0.01 to 3 mcg/kg/min.
Contraindication:
Hypotension due to blood volume deficit.
Adverse effect:
Common: anxiety, confusion, restlessness, tremor, bradycardia, headache, hypertension, nausea, vomiting, urinary retention, injection site reaction (ie, extravasation leading to necrosis).
Serious: cardiac arrest, arrhythmias.
