Anti-infective Agents : Quinolones
OBACC1 “Baccidal FC tablet”100 mg/tab
適應症：表淺性皮膚感染、泌尿道感染，及赤痢菌引起之腸道感染。
Usual dose:
Adult: 400-800 mg q12h.
Dose adjustment:
Renal failure: CrCl≦30 ml/min, 400 mg qd.
Contraindication:
History of tendinitis or tendon rupture associated with norfloxacin or other fluoroquinolones.
Adverse effect:
Common: nausea, stomach cramps, asthenia, dizziness, headache.
Serious: prolonged QT interval, ventricular arrhythmia, hypersensitivity reaction, rupture of tendon, peripheral neuropathy, seizure.
