OXENI1 “Xenical capsule” 120 mg/cap
適應症：配合低卡路里飲食，適合肥胖病患的治療，包括有與肥胖相關危險因子之病患。
Usual dose:
Adult: 120 mg tid with each main meal containing fat (during or up to 1h after the meal).
Pediatric (12-16 yrs): 120 mg tid with meals containing fat.
Contraindication: cholestasis, chronic malabsorption syndrome.
Adverse effect:
Abdominal pain/discomfort, fatty/oily stools, fecal urgency, increased defecation.
