Anti-infective Agents : Penicillins
IOCIL1 “Ocillina injection” 0.5 gm/vial
適應症：葡萄球菌、鏈球菌、肺炎雙球菌、腦膜炎球菌，及其化具有感受性細菌引起之感染症。
Usual dose:
Penicillinase-producing staphylococcal infections: IV/IM
Adult: 250-2000 mg q4-6h; max. 12 g/day.
Pediatric
(infants and children≦40 kg): 50-100 mg/kg/day divided q4-6h.
(≧40 kg): use adult dosing; max. 12 gm/day.
(neonates≦7 days): 50-75 mg/kg/day divided q8-12h.
(> 7 days): 75-100 mg/kg/day divided q6-8h.
Infection of skin and/or subcutaneous tissue, Respiratory tract infection, Septicemia: 250 mg-2 gm IV/IM q4-6h; max. 12 gm/day.
Adverse effect:
Common: rash, diarrhea, nausea.
Serious: interstitial nephritis.
