OALEP1 “Alepam tablet”15 mg/tab
適應症：焦慮狀態。
Usual dose:
Alcohol withdrawal:
Adult (≧12 yrs): 15-30 mg tid-qid.
Anxiety disorders:
Adult (≧12 yrs): (mild to moderate) 10-15 mg tid-qid; (severe): 15-30 mg tid-qid.
Insomnia: 15 mg hs.
Dose adjustment:
Geriatric: 10 mg tid, as needed; max.15 mg qid.
Adverse effect:
Common: dependence, withdrawal symptoms, dizziness, drowsiness, headache, sedation.
Serious: syncope.
