OOXBU1 “Oxbu ER tablet” 5 mg/tab
適應症：治療伴有急尿、頻尿或急迫性尿失禁症狀的膀胱過動症。
Usual dose:
Adult: 5 mg or 10 mg qd; dose may be increased weekly in 5 mg increments; max. 30 mg/day.
Pediatric (≧6 yrs): 5 mg qd; dose may be increased weekly in 5 mg increments; max. 20 mg/day.
Contraindication:
Gastric retention, narrow-angle glaucoma (uncontrolled), urinary retention, decreased gastrointestinal motility conditions (severe).
Adverse effect:
Common: constipation, nausea, xerostomia, dizziness, headache, somnolence.
Serious: confusion, seizure, psychotic disorder, mycosis.
