Relief of Pain and Inflammation : Non-Steroidal Anti-inflammatory Agents (NSAID)
IDYNA1 “Dynastat injection” 40 mg/vial
適應症：短期（不宜超過四天）使用於外科手術後疼痛之緩解。
Usual dose:
For pain relief following dental surgery: IM: 40 mg.
For treatment of postoperative pain following Gynecologic surgery or Orthopedic surgery: IV 40 mg.
Contraindication: acute peptic ulcer disease or GI bleeding; patients with a history of bronchospasm with rhinoconjunctivitis or urticaria/angioedema associated with aspirin or other nonsteroidal antiinflammatory agents (adult- onset asthma, chronic rhinitis, nasal polyps, and chronic urticaria/angioedema predispose to these reactions).
Precaution:
History of mild allergic phenomena related to ingestion of other nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (eg, rash).
Conditions predisposing to gastrointestinal events (eg, history of peptic ulcer, upper gastrointestinal disease, ulcerative colitis; smoking; advancing age; concurrent corticosteroids; alcohol abuse; stress).
Patients with hypertension or other cardiovascular disease (potential for fluid retention).
Patients with bleeding disorders (potential exacerbation).
Adverse effect: Post-op anemia, hypokalemia, agitation, insomnia, hypoaesthesia, hypertension, hypotension, pharyngitis, respiratory insufficiency, alveolar osteitis (dry socket), dyspepsia, flatulence, pruritus, back pain, oliguria, peripheral edema.
