適應症：胃潰瘍、十二指腸潰瘍、過敏性結腸、結腸炎、膽管運動困難。
Usual dose:
Adult: 50 mg tid, max. 300 mg/day in divided doses.
Adverse effect:
Mild dyspepsia, epigastric pain and/or fullness, nausea, constipation, heartburn, distension and diarrhea.
