適應症：第II型糖尿病患者（非胰島素依賴型糖尿病，NIDDM）。
Usual dose:
Initial, 15-30 mg qd, max. 45 mg qd.
Adverse effect:
Common: edema, headache, myalgia, weight gain.
Serious: hepatotoxicity, fracture of bone, macular retinal edema.
