適應症：
ONOOP1, OSYNT1, OPIRA1：1.腦血管障礙及老化所引起的智力障礙可能有效。2.皮質性陣發性抽搐之輔助療法。
ONORM1：對腦血管障礙及老化所引起之智力障礙可能有效。
Usual dose:
Alcoholism: 3 g three times a day, for 3 days.
Extrapyramidal disease: IV 4gram.
Sickle cell anemia with crisis: 80mg/kg three times IV daily for 3 days. Maintenance doses, 1 g IM daily for 6 months, followed by 1.2 g every 8 hours orally, have been utilized.
Contraindication: Huntington’s chorea, severe renal dysfunction
Adverse effect:
Nausea, gastric discomfort, abdominal pain, hyperstimulation, sleep disturbances, dizziness.
